Nomo vs a hand-built site

A site you build with Astro, Hugo, Jekyll or Next.js and host on GitHub Pages, Netlify or Vercel can be anything at all.

• Build your own if the site is itself the portfolio piece, or you want a blog with RSS, your own domain, and full control.
• Use Nomo if you'd rather not keep a build, hosting and dependencies running for a page that changes twice a year. It's one file, and there's nothing to upgrade.
